I am pleased to share my 25+ years' experience as an educator of traditional/adult students and organizational leadership in higher education. My expertise is centered on academic program development, student/faculty mentoring and coaching, adult learning development, and instructional design for undergraduate, graduate and doctoral level business professionals.
My background also includes international education consulting, workforce development and training, and instructional design for higher education, corporate, government and non-profit organizations.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services/Theatre from Metropolitan State University, a Masters in Art in Business Leadership and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
My comprehensive concentrations were in organizational leadership, instructional design, conflict mediation, adult learning development, and racial/gender justice.
I am also an artist and love humor. I am passionate about making learning relevant and fun for others.
